Our Founder

With 10 years of experience in Early Childhood teaching, Teacher Sari has reimagined education by offering an emergent early childhood curriculum and making it available to families in-home.

Teacher Sari is a mom of two and an advocate of play, as well as for intentional teaching and parenting. Her time in Sydney, Australia, as a postgraduate student and professional educator has motivated her to bring quality learning experiences to children through a combination of play + landscape, or Playscape.

Testimonials

“We highly recommend Playscape because of the smaller number of kids in a class. This ensures that each child is given an opportunity to participate and an an adequate amount of focus from their teachers. Having a close knit group of classmates enabled our daughter to have meaningful interactions.”

 – Margaret Lipina

“Lily has been in Playscape since she was five months old! The first time she sat up unassisted was in class. She sees other kids and imitates them (from sitting to crawling and eventually standing) so it’s been great for her physical milestones.”

– Tinka Herrera

“Our child was introduced to a wide and varied selection of materials and activities. He learned a lot about the world around him and developed many skills focused, directed and controlled environment, through fun yet meaningful and developmentally appropriate activities. The climate during each class was always light and encouraging. Everything was done in the spirit of play. Yes, we recommend the program to other parents!”

–  Angie Bautista

“We like seeing Lucia interact with other children. Playscape allows her to do this on a weekly basis. Also, it’s amazing to see how kids are able to follow instructions, mimic actions in songs, and remember songs from past sessions at such a young age. I feel the sessions really exercise and develop their brains. I would definitely recommend it to other moms. In fact, I already have.”
